Today I shortened “The Art of Directing Adult Films” from six pages to four pages. That meant deleting a lot of jokes that were funny, but didn’t contribute to the sketch as a whole. It was hard to do. The sketch is better now.

I kept working on “Beyond the Walls,” too. Right now, my hero is choosing his weapon (he runs into a few obstacles on the way) but the scene is dragging on. I’m going to keep writing, though. I want to get all of the story out there. Later I’ll go back and kill my darlings.
